1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on j8com.cam, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise engaging with any service provided by j8com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and all applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the j8com platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the j8com platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the site. They supersede all previous versions of the Terms & Conditions and any verbal or written representations made by j8com staff, unless expressly incorporated into a formal written amendment signed by an authorized j8com representative.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with j8com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or you otherwise access j8com in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by j8com or any of its affiliated entities, service providers, or software suppliers;
• You are not accessing j8com on behalf of any third party and are not acting as a nominee or agent for another person;
• You do not have an existing active account with j8com (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited);
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, deposit limit restriction, or cooling-off period currently in effect on your j8com account or any account on a related platform; and
• Gambling is not illegal under any law applicable to your personal circumstances.

j8com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and return of net deposits in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold one (1) account on the j8com platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, j8com is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include any government-issued Philippine identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC ID). Additional proof of address or source of funds documentation may be requested at j8com's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8com account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify j8com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. j8com shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

If j8com detects that a player has registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. Winnings generated from bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be confiscated at j8com's discretion, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your j8com account are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. j8com does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. j8com reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time by providing notice on the platform. Deposited funds are held in player accounts segregated from j8com's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the player's verified identity. j8com will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Chargebacks and Fraud

Any attempt to fraudulently reverse a deposit through your payment provider (a "chargeback") will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any winnings generated from those disputed funds. j8com cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating fraudulent payment activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

j8com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet. Real-money funds in the cash wallet are used first in gameplay; bonus funds are applied thereafter.
• j8com reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time by posting a notice on the platform with reasonable notice where practicable.

5.2 Abuse of Bonuses

Players who, in j8com's reasonable assessment, are exploiting bonus structures through systematic low-risk wagering strategies ("bonus abuse") may have their bonus eligibility revoked, bonus winnings voided, and accounts reviewed for potential suspension. j8com's determination in such matters is final and binding.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the j8com platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on j8com use certified random number generation technology independently tested and audited by recognized international testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel. These RTPs represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers in professionally equipped studios. Game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment in real time and are captured on multiple cameras. All live game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and recorded in the game log.

6.3 Disputed Game Outcomes

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8com platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and funds withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with j8com's games, betting interface, or promotional systems;
• Collusion with other players in any game format where such collusion could confer an unfair advantage;
• Using or attempting to use any software exploit, bug, or glitch to generate winnings or otherwise circumvent the platform's intended operation;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft;
• Accessing j8com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing or assisting any third party to access or use your j8com account;
• Engaging in any conduct that j8com reasonably considers to constitute harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward support staff, dealers, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the j8com platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, game content, logos, trademarks, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of j8com or is used under license from its respective owners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of j8com or the relevant rights holder.

Your access to the j8com platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to use the platform solely for lawful personal gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, data mining, or systematic collection of platform content.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by j8com is governed by the j8com Privacy Policy, available at j8com.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

j8com complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and any implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Player data is processed only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in compliance with PAGCOR's player data reporting requirements.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The j8com platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While j8com takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure operation of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, j8com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings arising from technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond j8com's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game strategies, RTP data, or promotional terms;
• Any third-party actions, including unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits j8com's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from j8com's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Responsible Gaming

j8com provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict how much you can fund your account within a given period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when your gaming session reaches a duration you have pre-set.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Account access is fully restricted during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the j8com platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

12. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

j8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• j8com has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• A player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• j8com is required to do so by PAGCOR, a Philippine court order, or applicable law;
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or
• j8com determines, acting reasonably, that continued account operation poses a risk of harm to the player, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon account closure for any reason other than breach of these Terms, j8com will return the player's verified cash balance (excluding bonus balances and any funds under investigation) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting j8com support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

j8com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j8com will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the j8com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a player and j8com that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact j8com's customer support team to attempt good-faith resolution. Players may also lodge a complaint with PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels if the matter pertains to the licensing conditions applicable to j8com's operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
